Hello Everyone, I am a Consumer Care Representative with Royal Canin Canada and I thought I would shed some light on this coupon situation just for clarification. The coupons are absolutely not fraudulent, however the intended recipients for this promotion were supposed to be registrants of our petfirst program, and were delivered by way of direct email from Royal Canin Canada. The coupon was setup to accept two prints (an extra in case of print error) only, and so once the link was shared on coupon websites it most often would not print due to it having already reached its print limit. If you were able to print a coupon (but are not registered to our program) you are welcome to use it, however we are not sending coupons to those who are not registered to petfirst.ca if they were not able to print the coupon. Please feel free to register for our program at http://www.petfirst.ca to be eligible for future promotions. I hope this helps to clarify the situation!
