- 10 points when you complete your Health Grade (one time)
- 20 points when you sign up for the Healthy Essentials Listens Panel (one time)
Once you have earned 100 points you can redeem them for a gift pack of your choice. Each pack is valued at an estimated $25! If you choose you can also accumulate your points for more than one prize pack. Choice of prize packs are:
