After you have registered, you can pick up your kit at a PJC Jean Coutu Pharmacy from January 8 – April 11, 2013 when you present your registration confirmation. - Five information cards to help you succeed in your Challenge.

- A stress ball, to be kept nearby in order to keep your hands busy, reduce stress when pressure increases and distract you from your desire to light up.
- A water bottle to extinguish your burning desire to smoke.

- Sugar-free gum for the times when you’re looking for something to put in your mouth!
- An explanatory card to indicate how you could win one of 4 Jean-Coutu gift cards.
